I have a new job, I have to take food with me and the problem is there is no microwave!

I have to bring "cold food" - food you don't have to warm before you eat it, I think that just a sandwich with ham and cheese is really boring! Can you help me find good recipes? Some kind of sandwich, wrap? salad (with couscous?)? smoothie?fruit salad?

I don't know help me! :) I want to eat healthy stuff!

  1. Cottage cheese with fruit, like pineapple on lettuce, dab of mayo. and crackers; a small can of water packed tuna, squeeze of lemon, salt & pepper on lettuce; some rolled up ham, bologna or salami with slices of cheese; combo. salad with tomato, cucumber, olives, chunks of cheese and croutons...add dressing at work.

  2. why not try bringing fruits that you can peel off easily like apple and banana?

or maybe you can chopped those in your house and then put it in a sandwich container.

why not try making your own snack wrap?

you can bring a juice instead of smoothie because when the ice melts down it doesn't taste good anymore.

  3. you could try bringing a pasta salad.  all you have to do is go out and buy a bag of whatever kind of pasta you like [uncooked] and then cook it and chop up some vegetables and then you can also buy a package of pasta salad dressing that comes in a mini package [its called Club House Pasta Prima] , usually founda at zehrs or walmart. then just follow the directions and thats it ! its really simple, and healthy

    hope i helped.
