Question:

What is good to eat for breakfast..."on the gO"?

i usually get like 2 minutes to eat breakfast before i go to school, so i want to know what i could eat real fast, like a bar, but wth the same nutrition as a healthy breakfast, i have nutrition 1st period by the way, YAY!

  1. I usually do bananas, granola bars, yogurt, granola by itself, yogurt w/ granola, or cereal.  I like Carnation instant breakfast, but it has a lot of sugar.


  2. If I was in that predicament I would get some Pop Tarts to go or heat up a Toasters Strudel. Very good!!!

  5. I have the same problem. Most times i dont eat anything. or if i do i usually take it with me on my ride to school. umm grab a banana, cereal bar, apple, or maby even a breakfast sandwitch u can just pop into the microwave for like 30sec.

  6. OMG... you must try Carnation Instant Breakfast drinks. You mix a packet into a glass of milk. They have a few different flavors, my favorite is chocolate. They include numerous vitamins. I actually have one here...so I'll include the ingrediants. The best part is that they fill you up. I drank them all through high school. And am now drinking them again since I have to be to work before 6am. I think you'll like them.

  7. Pop tarts definitely especially the cinnamon ones. and also a breakfast drink or an orange and banana.
