you can use it as ground meat for tacos or in spagetti sauce.

It works well in "meat" sauces and sloppy joes. It's pretty convincing in those two. You can also use it for tacos, or anything else using ground beef.

Spice it just like you would meat.

i like to mash it up with some kidney beans and onions, dump bbq sauce on it and call it a sloppy joe...
