What is good to use to clean rally type chrome wheels?

Mothers Mag and Aluminum cleaner. You can get it at most auto or bike shop. Mothers makes good stuff.

if they look dingy I'd bet they are aluminum, in which you have your work cut out to make them shine like chrome as a matter of fact it won't happen.  but try brasso
