  2. i would say pilates. that works your whole body and gets you into amzing shape quickly too.

  3. MMA is just that, MIXED martial arts. My suggestion to you, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu for ground technique, wrestling for takedowns, muay thai for standup fighting. Do a search on google for mma gyms in your city and see what you come up with.

  4. shadow boxing is always good

    running around your block with a sack of pototes on your back

    is good too.
