well first off they are cool cause they get to be like 7 ft but if not trained properly they can be pretty violent getting whipped with one of those long tails can be very painful

Iguanas are a very unique if you ask me. I had an Iguana named Bruno he was very protective of me. (lol) he didn't let anyone in my room when I let him free roam he chased my mom to the bathroom, I laughed soooo hard watching him doing that. He like to be noticed when ever someone came in my room.

Now I have a 2.5 Savannah Monitor named Dino he likes to bask when no ones around and darts into his hide out and fakes sleep when anyone comes into the room lmao he's the funniest pet I had in the past ten years

As far as a pet?  Personally I think of a pet as also the verb that you will be using a lot with the animal.  I think of pets as being for companionship and affection... I personally do not see reptiles as being capable of affection, or fish, or birds for that matter.  I know a lot of people have other odd pets, but I guess the qualities I look for in  other species companions are different.

Ok, Iguanas are not a begginner pet, and yu need loads of patience. For me theyre the nly reptile that can show trust, affection, and others. Overalll they are reat I gtg sorry : (
