I misplaced my w2G winning statement, but remember the amount of the winning. I want to complete my tax return but need the payer id number. There are no phone numbers on the website and I have been unsuccessful in getting directory assistance for the telephone number.

I have a W2G from them from 2006. It shows a "Federal identifcation number" of 383337941 and a telephone number of 313-223-2999.

I would not think either of those have changed, but you might want to try calling them to be certain.
