  1. Flowers.

  2. We have a little one bedroom house, surrounded by every color in the rainbow. Two hundred and fifty roses are now in bloom, with over 500 lilies planted at different intervals to add even more color through to the fall. We also plant for the birds, bees and butterflies. So you will see colorful wings as well as hear beautiful songs as they all raise their families in our garden and enjoy the flowers planted just for them. So although our home is small, it is in no way humble, it is all so enchanted and we love it so.

  3. I am very proud of my flower garden. I have weeds here and there and

Good question!  I am growing strawberries, tomatoes, gardenias, angel trumpets, rose mallows (2 pink, 2 red), burning bushes, bridal veil, spireas, sweet gum trees, hostas, hydrangeas, elephant ears, impatiens, corn, yellow pansies, wegelia, variegated lirope, boxwood, jasmine, gladiolas, irises, day lilies, sweet peas, maples, red elms, tulip trees, dusty millers, red buds, weeping red buds, and a bunch of other stuff I cannot think of!  And I have only gotten started and haven't been up to snuff this year!  What are you growing?

  8. Unfortunately, I say "garden" and my husband hears "truck farm".  We have 96 tomato plants, about 100 pepper plants, several zucchini and summer squash plants, eggplant, corn and green beans.  We're getting ready to add turnips, beets, kohlrabi, and more beans before too much longer.  Yikes!  We've got so much that we actually have to go to the farm market to unload it, even AFTER we give it away to all our friends!

  9. Tomatoes and chives

  10. Which one? I have a dozen different garden areas on my property. I'm also a member of the Parks and Recreation board responsible for eight city parks two of which I designed. If it grows in zone 4, I'm probably growing it. RScott

  11. Nothing much, it's winter in Australia. We do have petunias & Bellis Perennis in hangingbaskets, Anemones, Ranunculus, & azaleas in bloom, also cyclamen in pots, but that is about all.

I also have a beautiful fern that spreads like a ground cover. But I still haven't found the name of this fern. I would love to send a photo to some one that may know the name of the plant.
