What is halfboard fishing?

half board is the accomodation breakfast and lunch and your bedroom , but not an evening meal. full board is everything.

the above answer has nailed the halfboard bit, however i would suggest Norway as a fishing destination rather than Austria, for two reasons, one the fish are of bigger sizes and better quality plus they are plentiful and secondly because you have the option to fish saltwater for cod aswell, plus a better salmon run.
