Me and my family made up a handball game, not sure if it was made up or not.  It actually is pretty fun, you pass the soccer ball and try to score in the soccer goal.  Its like the opposite of soccer, you can't kick the ball.  You also can tackle.

There are two types of handball...

Team Handball

Handball (also known as team handball, field handball, European handball, or Olympic handball) is a team sport where two teams of seven players each (six players and a goalkeeper) pass and bounce a ball trying to throw it in the goal of the opposing team.

The game has a goal similar to but smaller than the one in football (soccer), though as the name implies, the basic method of handling the ball involves the players' hands rather than their feet. The game has been played internationally since the 1920s.

American handball

American handball is played on a court 12.2 meters long by 6.1 meters wide (40 feet long by 20 feet wide) with either a single (front) wall, three walls, or in a fully enclosed four-wall court (the most common). The four-wall court is a rectangular box. The front wall is 6.1 meters (20 feet) square, and the side walls are 12.2 meters (40 feet) long and 6.1 meters (20 feet) high. In the middle of the floor of the court lies the short line, dividing the floor into two 6.1 meter (20 feet) squares. Also along the floor is the service line, which is 1.5 meters (5 feet) in front of the short line. The service zone is the area between these two lines. The back wall of the court is usually 3.7 meters (12 feet) high, with an above gallery for the referee and scorer, and also spectators. A few courts have a glass back wall and/or glass side walls to allow for a better view of the match. (In three-wall court handball, the court often has a front wall and two full side walls, or the front wall is flanked by two triangular wings.)

Hand ball is a fine game played on one, three or four walls and a cealing. (with the four walls) The object of the game to to not let the ball hit the floor or ground twice.  You can only score when you are serving...  I believe the game started a long, long, long, long time ago somewhere in Arizona or New Mexico by the Aztech Indians...   Grant M in Pennsylvania

hi, handball is a sport as well as a rule in football,

the Football rule is that your are not aloud to touch the ball with your hand during the game. only the goal keeper is aloud.
