What is happen with my computer (it's brand new)????

what do I do with my computer, I clicked to a link in website to open up the file, and it's not opening, but instead restarting back to first page. It pisses me off. Just few hours ago, I could open the file, but now nothing is working, that's so sad. Can somebody please help me??????

I'm opening files as "microsoft word".

Could you be more specific with your question. What kind of operating system are you using? Which browser?

is it a mac cuz i have a mac and it does that sometimes.

restart your browser.

if the problem again persist restart your system and try again.
