  1. No, they are having power sharing talks, nothing more nothing less and obviously at the expense of the South African taxpayer.

Nothing will come about from this monumental waste of time and African theatrical performances, Mugabe will not budge and neither will Tsangirai, there can be only one chief in the village, power sharing and democracy are concepts lost on the limited intelligence of Africans.

  2. I know that is the view being put forward by the South African media in an attempt to save face for Mbeki's failure but "No." The bottom line is the EU and the US will only support a Government led by Tsvangaraai and will not recognise Mugabe as any kind of legitimate Leader. Britain's Africa Minister has stated so yesterday and Millibands visit to South Africa a week or so ago was to tell your Foreign Minister to get on board or face the consequences. They didnt get on board so now South Africa will face the consequences which is a pity. The problem seems to be Mbeki's arrogance in thinking he is playing on a level field as an equal partner with the EU and US whilst in reality he is just an inconsequential little man who has become a minor irritant. He has done everything possible to support the genocide by Mugabe and save him from the ICC in the Hague to the extent that his International reputation stinks and is little better than that of Mugabe.
