Devan said correctly.  The congress party is running the govt on the support of coalition partners.  There is no united approach in any issue.  The legislatures are against the present chief minister Rangaswami.  There is no co-operation from the council of ministers.

just two days before, there was wide spread violence in kalapet and they say that this was carried out by the supporters of the present chief minister. Generally, pondicherry is always running with instability. Now, Arunkumar the AICC general secretary says that Rangaswami has lost majority support in congress legislature party.  it is sure that the present chief minister will resign.  The final decision has been left to the congress president.
