He is leaving it, now part owner of what is now called Stewart Haas Racing. He no longer will have Home depot or Zippy.

He is leaving after this season. He has bought 50% of Haas CNC Racing and it will become Stewart Haas Racing. Many think (including myself) that Joey Logano is gonna get that ride in '09. Hope this helps!

He is leaving at the end of 2008 to form his own team, Stewart Haas Racing (formerly Haas CNC Racing). So his spot at JGR is vacant for 2009.
