What is harder to do?

lose weight, or keep it off for a significant amount of time. 1 year ago I lost 60 pounds of body fat. Went from 40 percent to 16% body fat. 1 year later i have kept it all off. Not an easy task, right?

  1. good for you losing the weight i think the hardest to be would be keeping the weight off .i hope i do as well as you have just started the gym!!!!!!


  2. Loose weight is harder.

    If you loose the weight, you only need to keep on your plan to maintain.

    Loosing the weight is the biggest battle

  3. I don't think keeping it off is that hard. It is much easier to maintain a weight than to lose weight in my opinion.  

  4. Definitely loose weight I know I've lost 35 lbs and kept it off for 2 yrs. Now it's so hard to loose the last 10 lbs. help any ideas??

  5. I think keeping it off is harder.  I lost 15 pounds last year but have gained back 5.  Hats off to you on your success.

  6. good job. but loosing weight isn't really easy either. if you have the right mentality, you can lose weight and keep it off.
