What is harder to quit: heroin or cigarettes?

I heard that smoking is more addictive than heroin. What do you think?

According to medical health..... Nicotene is harder to quit than any other drug......but as a smoker for YEARS I am proud to say I quit 3-10-07 and have not started back yet....I used  Chantix to quit...2 plus pack a day habbit....I did not even want to quit but in two weeks after taking it I did IF I CAN ANYONE CAN....see your DR. nicotine in cigarettes makes one addictive and about heroin dont know but I think cigarette is more difficult to stop in my opinion.

IT IS POINTLESS ANSWERING UNLESS YOU HAVE BEEN THERE.i have only packed smoking in about five times and it is easy because i just smoke or ingest some pot for about a week and i never crave for my cigarette addiction during this period.As for heroin,pot also works on that addiction too as i have seen with fallen Friends.It is a known fact that cannabis helps with the symptoms of withdrawl.

cigarettes. Heroin's physical addiction can be cut out cold turkey and kicked on average in one week. Nicotine can take months to kick the physical addiction. Both drugs can cause a mental addiction which can vary in the time it take to get over with both drugs.

6 days ago I quit. It 's extremely hard. I even smoked ultra lights and was down to 4 a day when I quit. I'm still getting cravings every once in a while.

I think they can be both equally addictive, however it depends on how much you are doing of each.
