i have read an article that jewish, blacks, and g**s are the top of the list. i forgot the 4th one? who do you think it is?

to me.all crime is hateful.  it doesn't come from love.  but it'sbeing defined a little differently.  it's when you commit (often physically violently)  a crime against another person simply because they happen to be .......jewish, black, homosexual or several other things.  i've hadhate thrust upon me because i'm not white, because i'm mexican but not chola, because i'm associated with jehovah's witnesses and i got it at my job today because i wouldn't sign a petition.   since it's not physical, it's called prejudice.  i've been harassed for years, but it's okay since the fist is withheld.  my friend is often treated hatefully.  in her case it's called discrimination.

i know a boy that killed his harasser.  it was disturbing and he was afforded sympathy 'til they found out the perpetrator was homosexual.  now brandon's being charged with a hate crime.

It's hard to determine who has it worse.  g*y people are accepted more in today's society, not many years ago were so many hiding it and getting harmed for their orientation.  As far as a racial standpoint many people experience hate crimes or discrimination.
