What is he trying to find out?

Question

Why would your professor keep asking you if you`re in love?You have nothing with him and he knows you`re single, but he still keeps asking you this. Why?

Are you in love? Is there some boy? He asks questions like this and I always say no, but he keeps asking.

We`re going on holidays and he told me "what am I gonna do without you..." . I thought he was just teasing, but then he said "no, I am serious, I mean it."

On the other hand, I`ve been thinking...is he trying to find out if I like him or something?

it seems like your professor might have a crush on you.  If this is the case then he really does not know the boundries and where to draw the line with his students.

He wants you around him and he likes you. He wants to make sure that there is no one else in the picture or you feel for someone cause he is scared of rejection. You maybe his student but since you are "legal", he feels he has rights to ask you out. If this bothers you, report him. Long as he isn't trying to make a move like as for a hug and then try to kiss you on the lips or etc
