What is health of Reliance wireless broadband connectivity & customer support in Bangalore?

Hello,

I was looking at a broadband connection from Reliance here in J P Nagar 1st area in Bangalore. The schemes look fine to me, but I'm not sure about the health of wireless connectivity from Reliance or their customer service.

I'd appreciate very much if you share some information/experiences that you may have to help me decide better.
