Question:

What is healthier, mountain dew or cappuccino?

I am going to bed later because I am older and waking up earlier because there is less time for me. I am going to need something that gives me the extra boost of energy, but I don't want to get really unhealthy if something is unhealthy but what is worse?

  2. Cappucinno would be healthier.  The acid in soft drinks can accelerate tooth decay as well as cause or irritate ulcers.

  4. Mountain Dew, as well as all sodas, are strictly carbonated sugar. White soda is especially bad for you.

    Cappucinos', while they are made with coffee that carries health benefits, the large amount of cream and sugar added isn't something Richard Simmons would drink, either.

    Really, you have to pick the lesser evil... I think that would be the cappucino.

  5. Why is mountain dew even in the equation? It's just a highly carbonated soft drink. You might as well be drinking coke, which is obviously unhealthy. Soft drinks only give you a gittery burst of energy just because of the sugar which lasts like 2 minutes.

    Stick to cappuccino's. They have a lot of caffeine to give you the extra burst of energy you need now. Other than you might get slightly addicted to it, it's really not that unhealthy except your putting like 6 spoons of sugar and a lot of creme in it.

  6. Neither are good for you, and you should find other methods of staying energized. Maybe eat food that will keep you awake and stay away from junk. You need to drink water and smoothies, and no soda. Cappuccino is better but it is not good for you.
