  1. Both have different nuitrant value.  It is suggested that you take both of them alternatively. Best way is that consume only what you body demands!


  2. I personally think that Orange Juice is better for you because it contains both Vitamins D and C and has a lot of Calcium. Drinking Orange Juice helps especially when you have a cold or a sore throat;

  5. pomegranite juice is healthier than the 2 above as it contains both vit C and higher levels of antioxidants than the grape juice and even a glass of red wine.  Go shopping.
