  1. 100% orange juice is good for you becuase of the vitamin C as long as you drink it withint the first day it is opened. By day two it has 50% of the vitamin C. Day 3 only 25%. Day 4 it has a mere 10% of the original vitamin C. If it is not 100%  then read the lable because GOD only knows what the bottler put in it.

    Milk is good for the calcium. However calcium can come from other sorces and still needs Vitamin D, Magnesium and Maganese to be absorbed and used by the body. Plus there is the fat content too.

    The helthiest thing to do is to drink water, eat an orange and green leafy vegitables that contain calcium or use soy milk. You get MUCH, MUCH more out of eating the actual fruits and veggies thatn you ever can out of drinking the juice from them. Don't waster your money on juice.


  2. Well it depends what kind of milk you get, organic milk is super healthy because it has no harmful chemicals they put in the cows food to make them produce milk faster or anything like that.

    But orange juice has lots of vitamins that are good for you. And it's fruit.

  6. milk is for calves, not humans. you can get your calicium from green leafy veggies. milk is full of lactose and fat. oj is fruit with antioxidant and viamins. fructose is a better sugar to digest than lactose

  10. It depends on what you're going for, Orange juice has a high amount of vitamin C, which is an antioxidant and protects the body against oxidative stress. Whereas Milk is best known to have high levels of calcium which is a major material used in mineralization of bones and shells. Although milk is meant for cows and therefore it is slightly more natural for humans to drink orange juice. Al so, if you really want to get into it, what kind of milk? They all are chemically different and have different benefits. It's probably simpler just to drink Orange juice.
