which would be the healthiest... (all equal 300 calories)

1) yogurt w/ granola & blueberries

2) oatmeal, a string cheese & a plum

3) turkey & cheese scrambled egg

any other optionsss?

  3. healthiest for what, all food is good and healthy for you in moderation, or depending on what tiume of day you eat them, yeah plain yoghurt with fruit is healthy and has vitamins, but turkey cheese and eggs have protein for muscle, where as oatmeal gives slow releasing energy therefor you eat less swings and roundabouts on what you want really

  4. I would think #2...Oatmeal has fiber and is good for glycemic level. String cheese is a good low fat dairy option and having a plum gives you one of your 5 fruits for the day..

    1. fat and carbs

    2. carbs, fat and fiber

    3.protein anf fat

    So whatever you need. The lightest (not necessarily the healthiest) is 1
