my little sister is really winey and all ways complains, she is never happy!what is her problem. by the way she is 11.

she's eleven what do we expect form eleven year old and especially girls, DRAMA and more DRAMA.  besides she's a woman in training, we all whine from time to time. some more than others as you realized by now. give her space, rather than asking what her problem is, why not ask her what she enjoys doing etc.  maybe she's looking for some attention.  good luck big sis.
