What is her problem.....?

so this girl and i have been good friends for a while, but she has the worst phone etiquette. we will IM for hours, but she usually ends our phone conversations in 10 minutes. she always says "can i call you right back" and then hangs up and never calls back. when we talk in person she is as nice as can be. What is her problem?

Some people (including me) just dont like to talk on the phone...they're afraid of awkward silences and just likes text or IM better...just dont call her.
