  1. 140/90 is a sign of hbp

  2. Anything above 140/90

  3. Please google "Blood, pressure limits"

    Hope I helped!

  4. It depends on your age. http://jeordie.myminicity.com/ind

  5. For a normal person, it should be 120/80.

But anything above 135/90 is considered to be High BP.

  6. Your blood pressure reading appears as a larger number over a smaller number.  The top number is the systolic reading and the bottom number is the diastolic reading.

    Normal

    <120 / <80

    Prehypertension

    120-139 / 80-89

    Stage 1 Hypertension

    140-159 / 90-99

    Stage 2 Hypertension

    ≥160 / ≥100

I think the highest blood pressure I've seen so far at the hospital (I'm a Certified Nurse Aide) is about 220/110.  I found another chart online that goes up to 230/140 (which would be VERY severe hypertension - high blood pressure).
