What is holly water and what is made of?

I assume you mean Holy water. The kind from the catholic church, not water for Holly plants.

Holy water is just blessed water. It is still just H2O. But the Holiness means it will kill vampires and ward off the evil eye. Just kidding. It's just water.

Holy water is regular tap water that has been blessed by a priest or church official.

It's HOLY water.  Blessed by the priest in a Catholic church.  Used in Baptisms and font at the entrances of churches to bless the faithful.

Holly water is probably made by soaking clippings from hollies in water.  A holly is a shrub.
