  6. mucking is cleaning the horse's stall.  Horses need their stalls cleaned at least once a day.  You scoop the piles of p**p out and take out any of the wet or soiled bedding.  Its to keep the horse comfortable and healthy.  Getting the wet spots out is even more important than the p**p.  Then you add more bedding back in to replace what you took out.
