It appears to be a made up word, perhaps by the author of this 1992 book:

Humanility: Operating and Instruction Manual for Human Beings: Models Thru 1993

by Charles F. Stroebel

There are several instances of it on Google, but none that show clearly it is not a hybrid of "humanity" and "humility." That indicates to me that it is used by people who believe in Christian doctrine, or in altruism, or something similar that has to do with either toning-down the ego or eliminating it altogether.
