  1. Basically, Hypoglycemia is when your body does not have enough sugars to replenish lost carbs or necessary energy. I recommend salads with little tiny muffins (not to much butter though)

  3. I should know this my dad is a diabetic and I have saved his life numerous times. Hypoglycemia (hyp-a-glow-keem-a) means you are having a low blood sugar.

    Its when you have to eat every few hours or you get dizzy, nauseous, etc.

    I have it and I have to eat protein every three hours or otherwise I pass out if it's hot out, which it always is.
