What is identification code for a non immigration visa to USA?

Hi,I am inviting my parents vist USA. But when she is ready to make an appointment for interview,the form asked for Identification Code after her full name. Any one know what is it and how to find it?

Tell them to bring their passports or birth certificates

A B-2 visa is a visitors visa.  The application fee is $131.
