What is illegal about a teen big bro? (uk)?

i emailed big bro, enquiring about any upcoming teen based big bros.

they replied sayin it wouldnt be possible for legal reasons.

im sure theyre right, but does anyone know what these legal reasons are?

Huh ???   I don't get it ..... a teen Big Bro was done some years ago in the UK already - it did cause  a bit of a storm due to contestants having full blown s*x - and not being able to deal with the consequences adequately, due to immaturity levels.

The public were not allowed to vote the teen contestants out .... only the housemates .....

I guess the legal reasons revolve around the immaturity and the teens not being able to deal with the consequences of their actions, and understand how they might affect.
