  2. haha. i cant believe you said that heidi! hahaha. that's hilarious.

    anyways.

intermediate has a short and long program.

    short:

    no triple jumps,

    one axel (single or double)

    one combination jump (double jumps)

one jump from footwork (not a full line of footwork usually)

one spin in one position. (like layback, catch-foot, and beillman are all upright spins, therefore in the same position)

one change of foot combination spin

    and one full footwork

    long:

6 jumps, at least one axel, 3 combination jumps are allowed, no more.

no same jumps can be used more than once (double flip and double flip, unless its double flip and double flip combination there can be no more than two of a jump, (you can only do two double loops in your program. you cant do a double loop-double loop combo. and another double loop in the same program.

    one flying spin

one spin with no change of foot

and one change of foot combination spin.

with the new judging system its best to do what you can do best.

you can try a double axel in your program, but if you cant land it, or don't do it well, you could have gotten more points for a very nice single axel.

you don't have to do 3 combination jumps, but you cant do 4 or you get a deduction.

try to make your spins level 3's and 4's. but if you do a slow level four spin, versus a great level 2 spin. you'll be better off with the level 2 spin.
