  1. TUNA SALAD

    2 c. elbow macaroni

    3 c. tuna fish

    1/2 c. sliced scallions

1/2 c. celery, sliced (some of celery leaves also)

    1/4 c. green pepper, sliced

    1/4 c. sweet pickle relish

1/2 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing

    1/4 c. lemon juice

Cook macaroni, drain. Add tuna and vegetables. Mix mayonnaise and lemon juice; stir into salad mixture. Chill at least 2 hours. Decorate with hard boiled egg slices.

  2. You can do a lot of different things. I think you're looking for a pasta salad with tuna? Basically, tuna, noodles and your favorite salad dressing. Most people use a creamy dressing or even just mayonnaise. Add-ins can include peas, celery, onion, green onion, green apples, red peppers, pimento, capers, cherry tomatoes, grape tomatoes, corn, and asparagus (just a few suggestions!)

  3. Tuna salad is one of those "use whatever you like" dishes.  Personally I buy tuna in water, drain it and add mustard, olive oil, chopped green onions and red bell pepper, salt, pepper and a few drops of Tabasco.  If there's celery in the house I'll add some of that.

  4. Mayonnaise..

  5. tuna, mayo, celery

  6. You're probably going to get a lot of different answers on this one.  I've never heard of elbow noodles going into tuna salad!  Interesting.

I put mayonnaise, mustard, kosher dill pickle relish, corn, and sometimes some kidney beans.  Of course, some tuna.

  7. mustard dry or ready made, mayo, celery, pickles or relish, hard boiled egg chopped,  tuna, salt and pepper, noodles with or w/o, opt. green onion
