What is in my koi fish's mouth

Question

Its hard to describe and difficult to see on my camera but you can make it out

If i am properly seeing this it looks like something white.

If it looks almost fuzzy it is a mouth fungus. you will need to get some fungus medication from the petstore, and possibly bring him inside into a tank or big bowl. Hope this helps
