What is in rice that made the plant grow faster?

I'm doing a project about rice washing water is effective on plants. I researched, then it said it was really effective.

It would contain a little starch, traces of rice hulls, a trace amount of minerals from soil particles, and maybe a few minerals washed out of the rice it's self.  Compared to tap water it may show some positive effects, but I expect very little.  If you were using left over water after boiling rice it would be a lot more positive.

It is important to know which is the variety of the rice. Besides, there is a variety of rice that grows little and it is of your nature not to grow, however, that variety has a great productivity. The rice usually likes a lot of water and clarity.
