I have heard of peoples vertical increasing a lot. Some say that the exercises are really simple. But how can something so simple do that. I have been wondering if I should use it or not. If its a lot of work out then am cool with that because am a gym rat anyway. But if I do decide to use it how much will my vertical increase. Am 17 5,6 or 5,7...maybe 5,7 139 pounds. My vertical is a bout 23 inches and 26 inches getting a running start. I think I should be able to jump much higher then that. Thats what a lot of guys in my school say, but most of them are 5,9 to about 6,0 on average. So I really have to jump to my limits to get to where they are. I do believe that if I was as tall as they are then I would be dunking for sure. But yea what is in that Air Alert Program and should I buy it?
