What is in the subs they serve at Subway??

Could you tell me exactly what is in the veggie sub as I have never eaten there before and would like to know

You can pick your veggies but most frequently it is lettuce, tomato, green pepper, onion, pickles, spinach, mushrooms,

I have seen different veggies in different stores so I guess that it may depend on what is available and in season

they don't put butter in their subs (my vegetarian friends always get the veggie delite sub).

the veggie delite is basically cheese and your choice of veggies and i get all of them: lettuce, tomato, cucumbers, carrots, onions, green peppers, hot peppers, jalapenos, sweet peppers, and olives

you can get pickles too, but i hold them (i hate pickles)

the best dressing is the sweet onion teriyaki and the best bread to have it on is the italian herb and cheese or plain.

the best subway sandwhich is italian bmt or meatball marinara...soo good! their steak sanwhcih aint bad either!! dotn forget da cheese!! veggie sandwhich has ONLY veggies..yuckie!

lettuce, olive, tomato, green peppers, green chillis, onions, pickles - you can also get cheese. Of course you can ask them not to include any of the above. Then you can ad salt, pepper, different kinds of mustard and mayo - all kinds of glotch!

On my Veggie Sub I always just get whatever vegetables I want.

Bell peppers

Banana Peppers

Pickles

Tomatoes

and American cheese.

Put a little ranch on it and its so tasty.

I would recommend my personal favorite though, the spicy Italian sub!
