What is in thous houses near the pool in apartment complexes? besides the changing rooms?

Do you mean the clubhouse? The big room with a pool table, and big screen...that kind of thing.

Maybe an excersize room....or a maintnence building. Or a "pump house" for the pool. Or a laundry room.  

I don't know...theres a lot of different things in apartment complexes.

Edit* Ok. Yes, the clubhouse can vary. Some have a kitchen, plenty of seating, some nicer complexes even have a small theater, big screen tv. pool table, or equivalent, big open space for entertaining, I can't really think of anything else..but it varies place to place. The nicer the complex the nicer the ammenities.
