  1. I stopped eating beef so thats what I eat. if you get a good kind its really good! Its just turkey that they make sausage like, its a lot leaner and less fattening than regular sausage to.


  2. turkey, spices. If you are looking to cut calories by switching to turkey, check the labels. Turkey can be as fattening as any other meat if the fatter protions are used or mostly dark meat is used.  compare labels, don't just assume that since it is turkey, it will be less fat.

  6. Depends...if you get it from a chain, conventional supermarket it will most likely have a lot of preservatives and flavorings in addition to turkey. But if you go to a health food store, you can get a real turkey sausage with minimal preservatives. Just compare the ingredients. They both taste good, but I feel better eating a real turkey sausage.
