What is inside the $9.99 coke can at Niagara Falls, Canada?

When I visited Niagara Falls in Canada, there are some stores that sell Coke (or Pepsi, 7-up..etc) from $9.99 to $12.99. Just out of curiosity, what is inside the can?

Where do they sell it for that much?  I've been to Niagara Falls a few times and have never seen that.  Even the soda vending machines right by the Falls aren't that expensive.  I think the highest I've seen is about $3.

Maybe those cans use Niagara Falls water in the recipe.  I'm not sure.  I've never seen them.

There are normal grocery stores on both sides of the border that sell Coke for a lot less than that.  Niagara Falls is crazy, but it's also just 2 small cities where people go about life like anyone else.

Just regular Coke hard to believe, right? They sell the coke for that price because they know people aren't going to leave the Falls just for a coke,So they raise the prices!
