  1. if your in the uk go for dvd + R.

    i dont know why they make + and - R but i have found that +R ones work best when i use them in my dvd/video re-recorder.


  2. DVD+R and burn as DVD video format. It's that simple.

    Burning as mpg *may* work, but burning as avi won't unless you have a newer DVD player that can play DivX.
