What is it? My piranaha has a bump on it. What is it?

I have a piranaha that has developed a bump on its lower left side in its hind third. The bump surfaced about a week or two ago and it is very easy to see. It looks as if the fish swallowed a marble. It really doesnt seem to be bothring the fish and I cant tell if it is growing or not. What is it?

Possible bladder issues.

Watch it closely. If it starts to grow you can talk to an on line chat vet for fish at 'drsfostersmith.com'. Monday thru Friday. After me sending them pictures and the chating on line we discovered it had to be a tumor. he ate till he got to curved.So I had to do what I did to put him out of his misery before it popped.I had to buy a bottle of euthanasia and after using it  he died. He was 8 yrs old. It took 3 weeks to grow this size.

Could be a parasite an abcess.
