and i was just wondering, wat r the phones dat when u talk u could c each other

Given that the video is in Chinese, I'd say that the phone is not available in the US.  That said,

Wow that's a hard one. Well i can tell you that whatever that phone is, its not distributed to the US. It looks like something that only that country has.  I have never seen anything like it.  Try doing more research on it. Good luck! Srry I could not help!
