what do you call that one thing you use to hold up your plasma tv on the wall?

and does any1 know where i can get a good one for a good price

It is called a "wall mount".  Here is one that will fit your TV:

Mounts that will work with your TV are available everywhere.  Just make sure you get someone who knows what they are doing to mount it.  The mount needs to be attached to your wall studs.
