The verb you are looking for is "Anglicise" (UK) / "Anglicize" (US)

oops, H beat me to it.  This verb is usually not used when you're translating just any random thing.  It's usually used with names or the spelling of foreign things, like places.

No, you mean 'Anglicize' and the word doesn't mean to 'translate.'  It would be correct to say 'translate this into English,' or interpret this other language so that it can be understood in English.  

"Anglicize" means to give the English approximation of.  Example:  The Spanish name 'Juan' can be Anglicized as:  "John." The last name Martinez can be Anglicized as:  Martin. The late, great Ricardo Valenzuela Anglicized his stage name to:  Richie Valens.

There is not such word as "englishize" ... if you mean "anglicize", that doesn't have as much to do with translation as with things like changing names or words so that they "sound more English". (I'd give you a better definition, but dictionary.com seems to be down at the moment)

I believe the term is to translate. I have never heard of any other way to say to convert languages to other ones.
