What is it called when they do flips, jump over cars, jump off balconies and bounce off walls now days?

You know, like in the Mazda commercial. They do flips, rolls, jump from say a balcony, bounce off a wall, spring to a trash dumpster, and flip off the dumpster to the street. I'm old and want to watch some you tube!

I'm not sure but i think what you're talking about is Parkour (AKA. Free Running or Free Jumping). This is where people run about the streets and on rooftops doing jumps and flips.
