I know the chinese name since my doctor is chinese, but what is its name in english?

The lack of blood is genetic/natural and happened as soon as you were borned. The person's body lacks around 1/3 of the blood a 'normal' person would have.

  1. Anemia is the term for not enough red blood cells. Granulocytopenia, leukopenia, lymphopenia for not enough white cells, and thrombocytopenia for not enough platelets.  There are several genetic diseases that can cause anemia.

Aplastic anemia is when the bone marrow is not manufacturing enough blood. Hemolytic anemia is when the blood is being destroyed. There are many causes for both. Since you are writing this in English, why not see an English speaking doctor and get an explanation you can understand?
