So, I buy this bag, which I used only 3 times, and within 3 weeks, it breaks. It's a costly bad and breaks just like that. The belt for tthe sling on bag comes off, the steel breaks. Now, I take it to them, they say they could not repair, find another same model as it was the last, and certainly won't refund it cuz it's their policy, which I didn't know. Now, it's their faulty product and it cost me a lot, and they tell me either I can buy another thing for that same amount from that same particular shop, from the same branch. Well, there wasn't anything worth buying in that shop except for that bag.

  1. Contact the manufacturer, rather than trying to get this resolved by the store.   There may be some sort of warantee on the bag that the manufacturer will take care of repairing or replacing it.

  2. And....the tax question is?????

  3. They have to replace it or refund your money.  Having a sign up that says "No Refunds" does not mean anything when the product is faulty.  report them to the better business bureau and start giving them shtick.
