What is it in Visine that makes it work?

For curing redeye, Visine's the best... but is there anything in Visine that is harmful? What does it do to shrink the expanded blood vessles in the eye?

Hey just too let you no you will fail a drug test if you think its gonna help you pass it. If you drink it you will have the s***s for a long time But i dont know what makes it work lol

Tetrahydrozoline.  (sp?)  Works great to close up those capillaries in the eye, but you CAN NOT ingest the stuff without getting pretty sick.  Interesting because there is an urban legend that says if you drink it you can pass a urine test.
